Recently, I purchased the Ram Darbar Collection - Hanuman, Laxman, Ram & Sita 15" from Ms. Shreya at Idolkart. She was really helpful before I made the purchase. Initially, I had ordered the 11" unit, and she sent the invoice via WhatsApp, but I noticed that the invoice was prepared for an 8" unit. Later, she explained that they didn't have the 11" in stock and offered to ship the 15" unit at a discounted price. However, upon receiving the unit, I noticed that the box was not original Idolkart packaging, and the silver coating on Ram and Laxman had turned black in some areas. I promptly reached out to them via WhatsApp and phone calls, but there was no response. After numerous attempts, I finally managed to get through after 4 days. Unfortunately, they claimed that the blackening of the silver was normal and nothing could be done about it, despite their earlier assurances that the material used was of good quality and wouldn't tarnish. However, they have refused to take the product back, leaving me with no choice but to accept it as it is. I must admit that the craftsmanship and carving of the idol are excellent, except for some parts tarnishing.
