Return for Damaged Products:

We understand the importance of receiving your order in perfect condition, especially when it comes to fragile items like our gold and silver-plated idols. Therefore, we offer returns only for products that are received damaged in the parcel. To initiate a return for a damaged product, please provide an unedited video of the unboxing process within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. The unboxing video should cover in detail all angles of the box and idol. If we feel that the video has been tweaked or made after unboxing of the idol, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Handling of Damaged Items:

In case of damage to the product during transit, we require proof of damage to facilitate a return and refund. Upon verification of the provided evidence, we will promptly process your refund or offer a replacement.

Cancellation and Shipping Fees:

A cancellation and shipping fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the total amount at the time of refund.

COD Orders Policy:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to decline future orders if payment is refused upon delivery. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid inconvenience.
